Tiny White Spots (Milia)

Soon after birth, most new babies get tiny white spots on their cheeks and nose. These are from blocked up sweat glands. They are not the same as baby acne. Babies really don't sweat much. These white spots are normal. They go away after a few weeks, and you don't have to do anything about them.
